Hi there! I'm Tristan. I'm a qualified Wim Hof Method Instructor, teaching breathwork, cold exposure and mindset. Below is a little about how I came to be here, and how you can get involved.

It all started with stress.
In 2019, I found myself stressed, exhausted and overwhelmed. In my search for tools to help, I heard Wim Hof discussing the benefits of breathwork on the Tim Ferriss Podcast. So I thought: Why not try it out?

And then I took a deep breath.
After a few sessions, I was hooked. I felt more energetic, less stressed, and
more clear-headed. Breathwork became key to my recovery from burnout.

Next, things got cold.
I began cold exposure in the form of ice baths and ocean plunging (yep, even in winter!) -- for a huge mood-booster, better sleep, and to regulate my nervous system.

Going deeper: Wim Hof Method certified
After seven months of at-home study and a week-long training camp in the NSW bush, I’m now a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor.
